Oshkosh (OSK -2.5%) charges in a letter to shareholders that Carl Icahn, who has launched a proxy fight to try to replace six members of the company's board, is refusing to share any of his ideas for OSK's future: "We do not believe that Mr. Icahn is interested in a dialogue that enhances value for all Oshkosh shareholders" and is instead "pursuing his own personal agenda."
