Cyberonics (CYBX -2.4%) falls after saying the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services will not reconsider a decision to deny coverage for the company's VNS Therapy in patients with treatment-resistant depression. CEO Dan Moore is "very disappointed in the decision." (PR)

    CYBX will still prevail on their bid for reimbursement. The standard is generally at least 5 published reports. Why, given today's healthcare reimbursement challenges they tried with 4 is beyond me? someone gave them some bad advice. At least they are closer to reimbursement success than they were 5 years ago and I expect ultimately they will prevail.
