Manpower's (MAN) Q1 2012 U.S. employment outlook comes in the most promising since 2008. Of the more than 18K employers surveyed, 14% say that they expect an increase in staffing in their Q1, while 9% expect a decrease in payrolls, resulting in a net employment outlook of 5%. The seasonally adjusted mark of 9% is up from a 7% reading in Q4.
