Will ultra-low rates extend beyond mid-2013? A quick check on trading on Fed Funds futures contracts reveals that traders aren't pricing in much of an increase for interest rates even after the Fed's rate-lock expires. Implied yields for the Fed Funds rate: July 2013 0.18%, December 2013 0.30%, July 2014 0.65%.
