Legacy Reserves (LGCY -1.1%) says it will buy properties in the Permian Basin from Resaca Exploitation for $72M. The properties have current net production of ~668 boe/day; LGCY estimates they contain proved reserves of 3.8M boe, of which ~88% are oil.
