Sharon John you have your work cut out for you.

The brand is so old fashion. I was in the new store yesterday in R. Field Mall Garden City, NY with my 8 year old little girl.

The lure of coming back is very much dim and being we own about
    10 bears, what else.

The new design and monitors are so old fashion the technology
lacks any real imagination that it is a real turn off. You spent over
$300K doing a store over that looks no better and less attractive as before the renovation.

The staff is friendly and helpful but for what should be more hands off that than hands on for the children who bring there parents. No where to sit for the parents.

I am a retail and financial person with over 30 plus years in international business with all types of roll out for the biggest companies worldwide. I would approach BBW to acquire the company if they would be interested in a real store with long term
potential, design, and real product development for today!
