UBS issues some downbeat comments about Juniper (JNPR -0.8%), and by proxy, the entire telecom equipment space. The firm now seems global capex for wireline networks falling 5.3% in 2012, and expects this weakness will contribute to Juniper delivering below-consensus 2012 revenue and EPS. UBS also claims Juniper's much-hyped QFabric switching platform is ramping slowly. (previously)
