As Eastman Kodak (EK) struggles to stay afloat, the company is getting hit by a patent lawsuit from Japan's Kyocera (KYO), which alleges the "head component" of Kodak's inkjet printers violates its IP. Kyocera is seeking monetary damages and an injunction. Meanwhile, Kodak's suit against Apple and Research In Motion has seen repeated delays.

    hi. don't believe the problems with E K . It sounds to me something like collusion between AAPL & RIMM to wait till E K goes into bankruptcy and has nothing (MONEY) to fight with . This has already been postponed from sept. 2011 then dec. 2011 . PLEASE GIVE E K A BREAK > Thanks & regards , Frank M Lawrence .
