Tesla Motors (TSLA) rises 1.1% after announcing pricing for its much-anticipated Model S sedan: the least costly version will sell for just under $50K, after accounting for a $7,500 tax credit, while more costly models will sell in the $60K-$70K range. The Model S, whose initial production run has sold out, will go on sale next summer.

    so you'd rather pay for gas, than get to drive around for free? (if your house runs on solar panels.) Cars running on fossil fuels has to go. You would have been one of those people in the 80s who laughed at Steve Jobs when they said one day everyone will own a computer. Now you have one in your pocket.
