Shares of Vitamin Shoppe (VSI) are trading at an all-time post-IPO low of 16-17x forward EPS and have "massively underperformed" the retail ETF (by 4,700 basis points) YTD, so while Sterne Agee analyst Charles Grom "respects the bear case," he says (somewhat dryly) that the "risk/ reward here is very attractive." The shares are initiated at Buy with a $54 price target, representing a 22% upside from Wednesday's close.
