    Probably the best bets here are the sand miners - SLCA and HCLP. The good thing about sand is you are going to need ever more of it per each gallon of oil, so you are kind of assured increasing demand even if the overall oil production stagnates.

    isn't the marginal cost of sand still too far below the current market price? HCLP is expensive if new mines come on line and sand prices fall in half
