Egypt's GDP expanded a lower-than-expected 0.2% in the three months that ended September 30, slowing from +0.4% in the previous quarter. Tourism, manufacturing and construction all contracted in response to the country's worst political crisis in at least thirty years.

    Well, tourism will be down for sure. The main stream media did not report this, but Moslem fundamentalists torched a library last week and it destroyed the Egyptian Scientific Institute in Cairo.
