"Windows 8 ... (is) created by a company that is paranoid about competition, not something that Microsoft (MSFT) ever was before" says Vitaly Katsenelson, sketching out the bull case (beyond the cheap valuation) for the stock. He's also excited by the occasionally maligned ultrabooks: "They're going to make Windows products sexy again."

Microsoft doesn't innovate anymore. The current upper management team (everyone that is Ballmer and 3 layers down) does nothing but take other's ideas and win overtime by replicating the idea and making it cheaper. The only way the stock will ever move is for Ballmer and those 3 layers to go away entirely.
