Hill International (HIL +3%) says it's landed a 3.3M contract from the Iraqi Ministry of Youth and Sports to manage the construction of Al Anbar Olympic Stadium in Al Anbar, Iraq. The stadium is expected to have a total construction cost of around $100M.

    Total cost of only $100m? Probably three times that amount with two-thirds siphoned off in bribes. And you know that HIL is paying money under the table to "consultants" to get things done. Actually 'legal' to do so, with the understanding the high-priced consultants use half their high salary to grease palms and keep the remainder. What a nasty enterprise, Iraq is.
