Mobile-ad network Millennial Media not surprisingly reports a sharp jump in ad impressions from the Kindle Fire (AMZN) as folks opened presents last weekend. Already growing at 19% through November, the rate jumped 32% Dec. 24, 261% on Christmas, and 46% the day after. Impressions from the iPad grew as well, but at the more modest pace of 6%.
