Nokia (NOK) +7.7%, possibly on chatter about the popularity of its Lumia 800 phone in Germany and the Netherlands, and speculation that the company will release a 4G LTE smartphone, called ACE, in the U.S. in March with AT&T (T). In addition, the Nokia Lumia 710 will reportedly ship with Verizon (VZ) in April.

    And maybe because they have made a great looking phone with lots of potential.
