Wal-Mart (WMT) appears to be hiring more temporary workers than full-time workers, according to the results of a Reuters survey. The hiring strategy could help the retailer save money and stem criticism that it's understaffed at certain stores. Another twist is that the practice also reduces health care costs associated with Obamacare.

    Wal-Mart has been criticized lately for having employees who don't really care about customer service which is what the company was founded on. Just give me my paycheck and let me get outta here. Oh, and by the way, I'm willing to listen to the unions now.
