Wal-Mart (NYSE:WMT) appears to be hiring more temporary workers than full-time workers, according to the results of a Reuters survey. The hiring strategy could help the retailer save money and stem criticism that it's understaffed at certain stores. Another twist is that the practice also reduces health care costs associated with Obamacare.
