China - A huge market, the people negative on AAPL say that on a small number of people can afford the phones. As always, the best way to know is to see results...we'll get numbers from the company with the Q2 results.

One of the reasons I'm long AAPL is that they DON'T try to get investors paid. Save that pitfall for the companies who have given up on innovation and growth. AAPL tries to make great products, and investors get paid almost by accident (stock up over 3000% in the last 10 years). Hopefully that doesn't change under Cook.

For anyone to believe that there is not a significant number of people in China who can "afford" the iPhone is simply ignorant.
There are millions of reasons that the iPhone will be a huge hit.
    Just saying.

When Apple gets China Mobile on board they may sell 100m iPhones annually in China. China Mobile will have to drop its demand for sharing in App Store revenue first. Perhaps losing customers to their competitor will change their mind.
