The Treasury sells $13B in reopened 30-year bonds at 3.355%, highest yield in 15 months. Bid-to-cover ratio of 2.47, vs. a recent average of 2.58; indirect bidders take 40.2%, vs. a recent 36.7%. Direct bidders take 8.5%, vs. a recent 13.8%.
