Two of the largest drops in yield (surges in price) in recent history in the 30yr: Sep '08-Dec '08 and Jun '11-Sep '11. The vigilantes have been waiting for the commensurate surges in yield/price since. With the vol of the 30yr holding its own, this has been tough (but profitable if you trade that vol).
