AmeriGas Partners (APU) announces it plans to issue $1.55B in notes due 2020 and 2022. The company, which has a market cap of $2.59B, and had $1.04B in debt on its balance sheet as of Sep. 30, plans to use the proceeds to finance the cash portion of its $2.9B acquisition of Energy Transfer Partners' (ETP) propane business.
