Constitution Pipeline Company, jointly owned by Williams Partners (NYSE:WPZ), Cabot Oil & Gas (NYSE:COG), Piedmont Natural Gas (NYSE:PNY) and WGP Holdings (NYSE:WGL) announce plans to construct a 122-mile pipeline connecting natural gas production in Pennsylvania with northeastern markets by spring 2015. The project is estimated to cost ~$683M.
