Dan Frommer sees today's weak retail sales data as clear evidence of the damage being done to traditional retailers by Amazon (AMZN +0.2%) - especially since some of the softest areas, such as media and electronics, are Amazon's strong points. With e-commerce still accounting for less than 5% of U.S. retail sales, Frommer thinks there could plenty of additional pain in store. (also)

    What about Ross, Zumiez, TJ Maxx, Nordstrom, Macy's, Dillard's? All beating their estimates handily.
