Prospect Capital (PSEC +2.2%) plans to keep its payout in place for the rest of the year, declaring monthly dividends of just over $0.11/share for September through December. The company notes the rates it pays on liabilities are locked in for many years, while the rates it receives on assets float - "providing upside to shareholders as interest rates rise." (PR)

I believe Prospect Capital is a well-run company. Besides receiving a generous dividend you can enjoy an exciting company who may have some good growth ahead of it. I will say that I really enjoy that monthly dividend and also own ARR and FSC. However, I have just sold my entire positions of NLY and AGNC -both of which pay quarterly.
