slow and steady growth would be much better than larger jumps. This then would keep recession far away.

That multi-family starts exceeded single family activity was not a one-month phenomenon. In the last 12 months. Single family starts have increased six times while multi-family starts increased eight times and of the six months in which single family starts increased, the increase in multi-family starts was stronger.

This is so good. I was a couple of months early on this one http://seekingalpha.co... in July 2011, but I have been overweighed since, still am, and will be for the unforeseeable future. Steady as she goes, the industry was fat and stupid, it is now lean and mean.
