Universal Display (PANL +5%) is rallying, perhaps thanks to LG's unveiling at CES of a 55-inch, 5mm-thick OLED TV, which it claims is the world's largest. The news is apparently overshadowing a report that Sony (SNE) is exiting the consumer OLED TV market. DisplaySearch expects the OLED TV market to take off in the coming years, as manufacturing advances lower currently-exorbitant prices. (previously)
