Olympus (OCPNY.PK) is preparing to file lawsuits against 19 current and former executives, seeking billions in compensation in the wake of its accounting cover-up scandal. Shuichi Takayama, the firm's president, is being sued for ¥500M, and former Chairman Tsuyoshi Kikukawa for ¥3.61B in damages. All current members subject to the action are expected to resign in March or April.
