Steven Bulwa ignores the negative sentiment around nuclear power to make the case for 4 uranium stocks he calls an "unusual opportunity." He says talk in Europe of reducing nuclear plans pales in comparison to the upside presented to the sector by growth in China and India. Picks: CCJ, DNN, RIO, URA.

Actually, China is not that hot on nuclear energy either. Its plan for new reactors pales in comparison to its hydro and NG efforts.

China's new reactors will barely offset what Europe is giving up.

In addition, more fissionable materials will become from dismantling of several thousands more nuclear warheads. Combined with new mines coming online over next few years, we will have a great excess capacity with respect to uranium.

With NG as cheap as it gets, nobody wants the expensive and dangerous (perceived) nuclear reactors.

I'm not even factoring a meaningful slowdown in China's fixed asset investment, which will greatly reduce that country's electricity needs.
