Southwestern Energy (SWN -7.8%) trades lower after Baird cuts the shares to Outperfrom on valuation, citing its exposure to volatile natural gas prices. The call may be just a bit late, considering the stock has already lopped off over 32% of its value since late October.

Is "outperform" a bad rating? I think you mean "neutral."

Gee, what a surprise, yet another "barn door" ratings change.

The hammer showed up on Friday the 20th of January. The capitulation has brought buyers to the rescue. Buy this stock now, I did, and see how handsome of a profit you will be holding a year from now. This company has good earnings and their crack spread hedging insulates their exposure to loss from the soft natural gas market.

My issue is not with (SWN) but with the analysts almost always being late to the party.
