Its refreshing to read a headline that doesn't use the word improving with another 350,000 people losing their jobs last week

As we approach the end of the year, small business owners will be forced to make decisions to conform with the Affordable Care Act. As the largest employer group, the decisions of small business owners will have a dramatic impact on the employment rate. Although 350K is a horrendous rate, we may see higher rates as the new year approaches.
