Sheryl Sandberg uses a Reuters conference talk to dismiss speculation she will abandon Facebook (FB +1.1%) for a political career. The COO and Lean In author also: 1) Promises Facebook will eventually monetize Instagram, but says it's more focused on growth in the near-term. 2) States Facebook maintains "an ongoing conversation" with the Chinese government about operating in China, where its services remain banned and local players such as Sina (SINA) and Tencent (TCEHY.PK) have reeled in hundreds of millions of users.     It might be better for Facebook as well. Zuckerberg should be focused on the vision. He needs a second in command focused on making money, which they don't seem to be doing a great job at,
