More Draghi: He laments forcing haircuts among private investors in Greek debt, calling it an "understandable political response" to "selfish behavior." He says Europe is living through the "unintended consequences" of the policy, and therefore Greece must be unique.

    I hope the selfish behavior Draghi speaks of is the Greek citizens and not those bondholders getting the haircut. What is "the policy" he speaks of…the haircut or the profligate welfare? It's' about time we write into stone what the unintended consequences of redistribution are and make it required reading in our failing schools.
