Apple (AAPL) roundup: 1) Sprint's (S) Virgin Mobile prepaid brand will start selling the iPhone 5 in a week. The 16GB model goes for $550 contract-free. 2) A Japanese court has ruled Samsung infringes Apple's rubber-banding patent (recently reaffirmed by the USPTO). Samsung will review the verdict before deciding whether to appeal. 3) Apple has joined Google in releasing OS fragmentation data; 93% of iOS devices accessing the App Store in the 2 weeks ending June 3 were on iOS 6. 4) Laszlo Birinyi says he isn't adding to his Apple position at current levels. "It’s just the whipping boy of Wall Street right now”

    I would like to add At these levels but don't have any dry powder...not selling my beloved Disney real D or sprint to raise cash ....WWDC was a real insight into the bright future aapl and investors have in front of it...best of brand ,quality ,customer service,seamless ecosystem...and new products soon to be revealed .......oh yah a dividend to tide me over while I enjoy the summer sunshine......
