Drewamworks (DWA -2.1%) is missing out on today's rally after Goldman downgrades shares to Sell, and lowers its PT to $15. The firm is worried about preliminary data indicating Q4 DVD sales of Kung Fu Panda 2 were 30% below its prior forecast, as well as weak box office revenue for Puss in Boots. Moreover, Goldman sees the former as indicative of a "secular shift" in DVD demand.
