Speculation that AT&T (T), smarting from its failed attempt to acquire T-Mobile, will make a bid for Dish Network (DISH) in order to obtain its wireless spectrum continues to run rampant: one fund manager thinks a 70%+ premium for Dish isn't out of the question. Dish, for its part, says it's open to a deal after it builds out its wireless and entertainment businesses.
