Amazon's (AMZN +2.4%) Kindle Fire might be more profitable than expected, RBC Capital believes, seeing 3M-4M sales accretive to operating margins within the first six months of ownership. RBC's analysis assigns a cumulative lifetime operating income of $136/unit at a 20%-plus operating margin, which "could ease some investor concerns around operating margin compression."
