WebMD (WBMD) rises 2.3% AH after Carl Icahn files a 13-D disclosing he's increased his stake in the company to 11.64%. In the filing, Icahn calls on WebMD to repurchase up to 1B shares through a Dutch tender offer with a maximum price of $30/share. In November, Icahn floated a similar proposal involving a $36/share maximum. But that was before WebMD issued its massive warning.
