Spain's BBVA pulls 2.3% more out of a sizable slide as Citigroup ups the stock to a Hold from Neutral. The stock's off 8.8% YTD, but higher by 37% since this time last year. Struggling even more, BBVA's larger competitor Banco Santander (SAN +2.2%) is also upgraded to Hold.
