AdWeek tackles the question of whether internet radio companies like Pandora (P) and Spotify can not only capture consistent ad revenue, but ultimately replace broadcast radio. In the piece, Cumulus Media (CMLS) CEO Lew Dickey scoffs at the notion, arguing that "your Walkman, CD collection or iPod" was unable to "substitute" free radio, and neither will streaming music services.
