Aereo announces that its service will be available in Chicago beginning on September 13. What to watch: The service doesn't pose a serious risk to cable companies at the moment, but subscriber totals will still be interesting to see if Aereo is catching on with the "cord-nevers" who survive on a streaming mix of Hulu/Netflix/iTunes/HBO Go/YouTube and even pirated content.
