Bankrupt Eastman Kodak (EK) is cleared by a judge to start borrowing $650M of its $950M loan from Citigroup, and gets to keep paying 17K employees, despite noteholders' objection that EK's profit record means it will "burn an additional $700M in what may be further folly."
