An Arkansas judge has delayed the shutdown of an Enterprise Products (NYSE:EPD) Texas-to-Indiana distillate pipeline shippers say is critical to supply for markets along its route, after Murphy Oil (NYSE:MUR), one of many shippers opposed to the shutdown, sought and won an order. EPD says distillate flows are too low to justify the expense to upgrade a parallel gasoline and natural gas liquids pipeline to also move distillates.
