InterDigital (IDCC) -17.2% AH after an ITC administrative law judge rules Nokia, Huawei, and ZTE didn't infringe 3G patents being asserted by the company; the commission will make a final ruling in October. InterDigital has filed multiple cases with the ITC related to its 3G and 4G patents; an ITC ruling ending an infringement investigation against LG was overturned earlier this month. A case was originally filed against Nokia, Huawei, and ZTE in July '11. (previous)

Yep, time to buy back those Sep 47.50 calls I sold back in April. The volatility in this stock creates excellent opportunities to sell calls about six months out and buy them back when something like this is announced.
