InterDigital (IDCC) falls 18.1% AH after stating it has "concluded its review of strategic alternatives" without agreeing to a sale. Shares had soared last summer on hopes that one or more wireless industry players would make a large bid for the company's 3G/4G patent portfolio, but trended lower following Google's purchase of Motorola Mobility.

  • 18% is a big hit- but increased eps and higher sales make me feel good
    At current price,the stock becomes much more attractive to potential suitors.
    It's hard to believe that something good could not be in the future after their "REVIEW OF STRATEGIC ALTERNATIVES"
    I still have faith that the "BOARD" HAS THE BEST INTEREST OF THE STOCKHOLDERS IN MIND.
