Nokia (NOK +2.6%) expands its feature phone lineup by launching the 207 and 208, two candybar-shaped 3G devices with 2.4" displays, a promised 30+ days of standby, and $68 price tags. Save for the 208's inclusion of a 1.3MP camera and dual SIM support, the devices are similar. They launch following a Q1 in which Nokia's feature phone unit sales and ASP respectively fell 21% and 15% Y/Y. Also: Nokia Siemens (soon to be just Nokia) has reached a 4G infrastructure deal with Russian carrier MTS (MBT). MTS plans to deploy NSN's 4G hardware in Moscow and central Russia in Q3.
