Dish Network (DISH -3.6%) is selling off, likely thanks to a Detwiler Fenton report claiming the satellite TV provider is getting serious about its plans to use its spectrum assets to build out a mobile network, likely in partnership with an existing carrier. Investors fear such a move would be an expensive gamble, and could reduce the near-term likelihood of an AT&T (T) bid.
