Rambus (RMBS -10.5%), which fell after providing soft Q1 guidance (revenue of $59M-$64M vs. consensus of $70M) to go with its Q4 beat, drops 2.9% AH after the USPTO discloses it invalidated a patent relevant to lawsuits Rambus filed against NVDA, HPQ, and others. With the two other patents relevant to the suits having been invalidated in September, a 2010 licensing deal with Nvidia could be at risk. (Q4 transcript)
