There will be a lot of further litigation. In fact, most the value of this equity is in its litigation value.

    this comment makes no sense:

    1. UNXL is being sued, which does not create value for them
    2. This particular lawsuit was voluntarily dropped, proving that there was NO case whatsoever.

It proves the lawsuit circus was just a show by many agendas & that UNXL spoke the truth...again, with proof. Nothing more to trash shorts.

I'd be willing to bet my account someone somewhere in both suits knows Andrew Left. It's a tactic that has been used by him and his cronies on multiple occasions.

*no position in this stock, I hate Bear BS*

Why did the plaintiff drop the suit? Groundless? They could not get enough people to sign on. Or perhaps there were too many suits, and they couldn't get enough suckers, but still groundless. Either way this is good news.

Profit taking is the rule on this baby, of course it's going down.
I bought some at 12.80. Not a lot. Selling now is premature.

if a suit is voluntarily dropped nine times out of ten it neans it was baseless so why does the stock go down? I don"t get it I know there is a bucket fill of suits going on but still is"nt this a slight sign of hope? JOE

The stock is dropping because short interest is increasing. 40.2% as of 6/15/13. last month was about 32%. Meaning more money to sell short the stock. (short strategy). The only way to offset the loss is for longs to buy @ the dip, usually within a 3 day period of any news or short articles. Thus gives less leverage to short it.
You have to remember ALL stocks have the water effect, meaning momentum carries the price further (up or down) than intended.
This is important because w/out the support from current longs their will be no resistance, causing lower closing prices.
So shorts ban togeather selling on cue (news, ect.). Selling @ a loss, usually 5 to 15%, causing the stock to drop 7 to 20% (water effect). Then shorts buy back in @ the dip, wait for the stock to naturally increase, then sell again, either @ a loss, or the bottom for even money, causing the price to deteriorate even further. They do this over & over to "push down" the price over time.
So it is imperative that longs average down on the dips to create resistance. Simple, get it.
I have faith in unxl, even more in Kodak, so I average down.

I averaged down for the 100th time today on that silly dip. Someone margin me some bucks & I'll buy it all up at these bargain river-bottom prices!

I hear rumor that there's more good news coming, but that's just a rumor. Then again the shorts & all crashed it 60%, on pure rumors & FUD. Hmmmn, longs we can do the same crud as the shorts, but don't need to lie like them, as it really will be good news for many moons.

    This came out yesterday.
Stock went up over 16% yesterday.
    Right now it's down 3.5%.
    I take a 16% up 3% down "slump".

    Short sellers cell,
They sell short on any news. Larger groups on short article, which is why the price is already in the green now, just hours after the short attack.
