Barclays views Energy Transfer Equity (ETE +4%) as attractively priced but not yet reflecting potential near-term catalysts which could add another $12-$13/unit. As a pure play GP with no funding burden, the firm sees ETE's trading yield of 4.3% as attractive vs. a number of LPs with mid-teens growth profiles. The firm maintains its $72 price target while raising its upside case to $85.
