Mandated automobile sales restrictions in China could cut sales by 2%, according to a top exec with the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers. Though on the face of it the anti-pollution measures would seem to be a negative factor for Ford (F), General Motors (GM), and Volkswagen (VLKAY.PK) - the trio could actually benefit from the increased focus with their emissions technology far superior than Chinese automakers.

    This should also benefit EV companies like KNDI who will be presenting at the International Auto Show in Hangshou this weekend.
